Please note that approval decisions, interest rates, and payment terms for any financing are determined by the third-party financing provider, not by Baker's Heating and Air Conditioning. Maintenance of Service Records
As part of our service commitment, Baker's Heating and Air Conditioning maintains records of the services we perform for you. This includes keeping copies of work orders, job details/descriptions, invoices, and any service agreements or contracts. We maintain these customer records to track service history, schedule routine maintenance, honor warranties, and ensure we have accurate information to provide you with continuous support. By doing business with Baker's Heating and Air Conditioning, you agree that we may retain these records.
